How COVID-19 Affects Our Store
The COVID-19 Pandemic has caused huge strains on shipping inside and outside of the United States. As a result, to maintain the health and safety of our staff, the Official Running Strong for American Indian Youth Store is only able to ship out orders on Saturdays and Sundays each week. This means that any orders placed between Monday-Friday during the week prior will be shipped the weekend they were placed.
While shipping speeds may be affected due to circumstances outside of our control right now, please be patient after your order has been shipped. With many packages, we are unable to provide a tracking number due to the size and weight of your order. For larger packages, we can provide a tracking number when it is provided to us.
In addition, international shipping has also been affected during this time, and because we are no longer able to guarantee the deliverability of international orders, this function has been disabled. Please keep in mind that shipping international orders is very expensive and any cost associated with shipping affects funding to our vital programs throughout Indian Country. However, we do accept requests on an individual basis and offer free shipping on international orders over $150. Please note: If we are able to process your order, we will not be able to provide a refund should your package be delayed or lost in transit. A member of our team will follow up with you and give you the total cost of your shipment.
